Never-seen-before pictures of Shruthi Hasan flaunting her curves and showing off her cleavage for Maxim magazine has gone viral on the internet, creating quite a flurry among her fans!

After Anushka Sharma and Shriya Saran went bold with their one-piece outfits in the previous editions, Maxim May 2013 cover page features the leggy lass posing in a sultry way with her Black Corset ensemble.

The photo shoot has revealed the star kid’s flirtatious cheeky side, which south Indian filmmakers have failed to pull itoff in the big screen. With her new bold avatar, the Shruthi Hasan has clearly sent a strong message to her admirers that she’s breaking the girl-next-door tag.

Shruthi who shot into fame with her first ever Bollywood flick, Luck, is now riding her gravy train with a number of Tamil, Telugu and Bollywood projects in her kitty. Notably, the Prabhu Deva’s starrer, Ramiaya Vastavaiya, featuring her opposite debutante Girish Kumar is under wraps and is stated for a July release.

Besides her dashing acting career, the hot siren also holds a lifelong passion in singing, being a vocalist of an alternative rock band The Extramentals.

She made her debut in AR Murugadoss's 7am Arivu alongside Suriya, and her passionate performance won enough laurels to make a lot of heads turn. Shruti has already forayed into Bollywood, with the likes of D-Day and Raamya Vasthavaya round the corner she is ready with her next flick and that too quite handsomely.

Shruti has currently been roped in for the remake of Kollywood's Super duper hit Ramana which was directed by ARM and had Vijayakanth playing a powerful role. The remake will be directed by Krish of Vaanam fame, and the best part is it will be produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Akshay Kumar who is currently acting in the Thuppakki remake will depict the role of Vijaykanth.

After playing subtle characters, Shruti Haasan plays a very intense role in director Nikhil Advani's forthcoming thriller 'D-Day', one of the most anticipated films in B-town. Having last seen in B-town in 'Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji', the actress had been quite busy all these while with south projects; in Tamil as well as Telugu. IndiaGlitz caught the talented screen beauty and singer, speaking exclusively about her upcoming project, in spite of a sore throat.

In 'D-Day' Shruti is playing a girl from Pakistan, Karachi and she is a commercial sex worker. Talking more about her part in the film, the 'Luck' famed actress went on, "It is a very integral character of the film; it forms as a catalyst to the whole love story. She is very beautiful character. Her character is very layered, very complicated and one who has seen everything in life..." She also said that it's a very intense character to play and 'D-Day' is going to be an interesting film for the audiences to watch.

Sharing details on how she bagged the film, Shruti revealed that director Nikhil Advani gave this movie after watching her in '3' in Tamil. "I think he liked it because he gave me three movies after that. And this (D-Day) is the one which I found interesting and challenging. My aim as an actor is to play as many different characters as possible and this was like other end of the spectrum."

Moving over to the director, Shruti said that Nikhil has been extremely passionate about the project. "He has put everything into the film - his thought, time, energy; everything. So it translates on the screen," added the actress. Talking about getting involved in the project, Shruti stated that she stayed true to director's mind. "Idea is to always go with the vision of the director..." and added that she feels one has to make healthy suggestion but have to follow the director. "You can contribute to film but not overstep it."
