Asin Got Trouble in Dhruv Natchithiram

After a string of hits up north, Asin was rumored to be paired up with Suriya for Dhruv Natchitharam which is also being directed by Gautham V Menon. However this has brought the wrath of Hindu Makkal Katchi who apparently are not delighted by this news. The reason pointed out is that, despite of several warnings issued by HMK, the actress profusely visited Sri Lanka for a film shoot.

She further went ahead and met some of Sri Lanka's officials during her visit, and this has got HMK on the nerves. It is to be noted that when Asin was due to visit Sri Lanka, a number of organizations vented out that the actress should not visit the place where mass murder of Tamils took place. Now HMK have claimed to stall the shooting of Dhruv Natchitharam if at all Asin is casted in the movie.

The press release posters of Dhruva Natchathiram had everyone assuming it to be an out and out thriller in the making, however Suriya recently quipped it will be youthful and breezy on the lines of Vaarnam Ayiram. So the makers of this movie are still keeping the media and the fans guessing about its genre.

Gautam V Menon is still on the look-out for an apt heroine, as reportedly the initial attempts to cave in Trisha and Amala Paul had gone in vain. Even as Samantha was rumoured to be a part of this movie turned out to be false and the team is still finalizing the leading lady. AR Rahman is the music composer and the cinematographer will be Marc of Mariyan fame.
