Asin Got Trouble in Dhruv Natchithiram

After a string of hits up north, Asin was rumored to be paired up with Suriya for Dhruv Natchitharam which is also being directed by Gautham V Menon. However this has brought the wrath of Hindu Makkal Katchi who apparently are not delighted by this news. The reason pointed out is that, despite of several warnings issued by HMK, the actress profusely visited Sri Lanka for a film shoot.

She further went ahead and met some of Sri Lanka's officials during her visit, and this has got HMK on the nerves. It is to be noted that when Asin was due to visit Sri Lanka, a number of organizations vented out that the actress should not visit the place where mass murder of Tamils took place. Now HMK have claimed to stall the shooting of Dhruv Natchitharam if at all Asin is casted in the movie.

Asin to look out for South Indian Movies?

After Sridevi so many of South Indian actresses tried their tryst at Bollywood and none of them happened to register well, only Asin seemed to have made a mark after her dream debut in Ghajini with Aamir Khan. The actress had some hefty time at BO with her movies Ready, Bol Bachchan, Housefull2 and a few others making it to the 100 crore club.

But lately she has not been receiving any lump offers from any major film makers and she is considering doing some South Indian movies. Quite recently she was supposed to be a part of Junior Bachchan's movie, however she was dropped for various other reasons. Asin's last movie in Tamil was with Ilayathalapathy Vijay in "Kaavalan". Will she be back to South? It's to wait and watch.
